Resort Description:
Sea Oats Beach Club is one of the older Time Share facilities and has relatively smaller units than some of the newer facilities. The facility has been well maintained and the amenities have been upgraded.

It is located off the main road and therefore has some privacy not shared by some facilities. Located directly on the beach, beach access is within feet. One of the unique pasttimes at this facility is combing the beach for sharks teeth. There is an almost unlimited supply of sharks teeth as the tides continue to refresh the beach.

The fishing on Lemon Bay is excellent and there is always the opportunity to see schools of dolphin.

The local restaurants are excellent and offer a variety of cuisines.

Unit Description:
This unit is the 'Premiere' unit at Sea Oats Beach Club. It is the second floor 'end' unit and looks directly west into the setting sun with an excellent view of the beach and gulf. This unit also has the largest screened in balcony/porch which wraps around the unit to also provide a view of the pool and deck areas.

Nearby Attractions:
There are many golf courses in the area. There are also many boating and fishing facilities near Lemon Bay.

Nearby Restaurants:
Although there are some of the traditional chain restaurants available, many of the local restaurants specialize in sea food. There are also numerous Italian and Chinese restaurants nearby.
