Isla Mujeres is a beautiful island located about 7 miles off the coast from Cancun, MX. reached by ferry (several times daily). The Avalon Reef Club is located at the northern tip of the island, giving an almost 3-directional ocean view.

1-BR Luxury Condo with living room, dining area, kitchen, one bathroom. 4-day stay available for $525.00; 3-day stay available for $395.00. Split-week periods must start or end on a Sat.
(Weeks of Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's not normally available, except upon possible reservation of 6 months or more in advance of the time desired).

Normal time to reserve is 21 to 59 days before the desired rental period, for both full and split weeks, subject to availability.
If a longer reservation advance time is desired to assure availability at a certain time, please check with owner. Shorter reservation times than 21 days diminish availability, especially in the high (winter) season.

All-inclusive service for the time this condo is rented is available for an additional amount per day per person (half-price for children 5-12; under 5 free).
