Owners of this unit have free day use (on a space available basis) of the heated underground parking, lockers, and lunch area. It is ski-in, ski-out, so that makes it very attractive for day skiers. The developers offer discounted hotel pricing in their other properties in Breckenridge. Breckenridge is 90 minutes from Denver, off of I-70. During the 'low' season it is quiet, relaxing and pleasant to be there. The week can be split for a small cleaning fee, and, unlike other resorts, they'll let you use it on 2 weekends. These units are large, comfortable, and newer. The kitchens are full sized and nicely equipped. Full size washer and dryer on premises.
