Boat rentals available at nearby Swan River Marina. Short drive to Hyannis to catch the ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, or take the high speed ferry to Nantucket from nearby Harwichport. Both ports also offer kid-friendly cruises (try the pirate cruise!) and 1/2 day or full day fishing expeditions. Orleans is just a bit farther away with quaint shops & fascinating seal cruises.

Great jumping off point to explore the Outer Cape -- explore the National Seashore, be awed by the huge dunes in Truro, climb the Pilgrim Monument or take a whale watch from Provincetown -- you might see one before it leaves the harbor! Stroll P-town's Commercial Street and take in the eclectic array of shops & restaurants.

Route 6A is a quick jaunt & offers numerous shops and classic Cape Cod scenery.
