General Description:
WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

This is an Annual Floating Sports Week at the Marriott Cypress Harbour. The Sports week includes weeks 18 to 23 and 34 to 50. These weeks include holidays such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.

CLOSING COST

Your usage will start in 2011.

The closing cost are $375 to the closing company for their services + $120 resort transfer fee.

I use Timeshare Title Inc. to do the closing.

MARRIOTT'S RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL

Marriott has what is called the ROFR. That means that any resale sales agreement has to be sent to Marriott, and they hold the right to purchase the week back at the agreed to sale price. If they decide to exercise their right you will get a full refund. If they decide to waive their right, the sale can go through.
