The resort is well maintained with lots of open space. The unit is cute, featuring a private deck, full kitchen, full bath, living room and separate bedroom (unit sleeps up to 4 if you include the pull-out sofa). Tennis courts, a fitness center, hottub and laundry are on-site.
The resort is an RCI Silver Crown Resort, which means your timeshare week can be banked or traded for another week in Vermont or at any one of their affiliate resort locations all over the world. Or you can rent out or use and enjoy your timeshare week.

Unit Description:
The maintenance fee for the unit is $467. per year, which is LOW by timeshare standards - similar units in other areas cost upward of $1000. per year in fees. A low price to pay for a yearly vacation.

Payment is preferred through PayPal, but I will also accept certified bank checks via mail. Sale of this timeshare unit is final and legally binding. There is a deed and a title that will need to get transferred to your name. The new owner will be responsible for these costs.
