Hacienda del Mar Resort - Timeshare Rental

General Description:
I have booked this unit for February 13-20, 2010. I am willing to see if I can change the week, but for serious renters only. Please feel to email me with any questions you have about the resort or unit. This is a wonderful vacation place that we have enjoyed for the past few years. There is a Costco not far from the Sheraton/Hacienda del Mar, that you can go to stock up on whatever or food so you do not need to eat every day! Its a great option when having to travel with young kids!

Resort Description:
Hacienda del Mar is a luxurious Gold Crown, 5-Star resort located right on the beach of the Sea of Cortez, about 8 miles from Cabo San Lucas (shuttle available), and 20 minutes from San Jose del Cabo airport. It is beautifully landscaped and wonderfully private with just the right proximity for night life in Cabo San Lucas. The resort is surrounded by the Cabo del Sol Jack Nicklaus Golf Course.

There are several pool areas, including a beautiful infinity pool , as well as a business center, mini-market, car rentals, a spa and fitness center, and several restaurants on site, including the award-winning Pitahayas, well known for its Pacific Rim cuisine. Activities include snorkeling, sport fishing and horseback riding. Luxury in every way.

Unit Description:
The low rise condominium units surround the main hotel. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath with Jacuzzi. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and its own private bathroom; the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, and there is a third bath in the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances; Terraces are located off the master bedroom and the large living room. This is a 2 bedroom Presidential Suite, that sleeps 6 to 8 people. The units has a spacious living room, dining room, and a beautiful terrace. Daily housekeeping with fresh towels and tidying up of the unit, allows for the comfort of hotel living, but with the freedom of having your own kitchen. The buildings are located only a short walk from the main hotel lobby.

Nearby Attractions:
The unit is located on a beach, and not far from either Cabo San Lucas or San Jose del Cabo. There are many activities to participate in, from fishing, golfing, tennis, ATV, parasailing, exploring Lover's Beach, dance the night away in downtown Cabo San Lucas, shopping, or trying out the various cuisines.

Nearby Restaurants:
There are a few restuarants right on the grounds that are noteworthy. Cabo San Lucas has a range of cuisines and offers a variety of dining experiences from high to low.
