+++++2 bedroom unit for sale:
$1600 + transfer fee of <$1800 (total < $3400). No other costs other than postage and a notary fee. For sale is one registered week in a two bedroom unit in addition to a second 'vacation fair' week in a two bedroom unit. Finally, each unit can be used as a two bedroom, or as its component parts (one bedroom and hotel unit).

+++++Rental prices (non-negotiable):
2010 weeks only:
$450 hotel unit- sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years old). Room comes with two double beds.

$700 one bedroom- sleeps 4 adults and 2 children (under 12 years old). Room comes with one king bed in the bedroom and two couches in the living room. The couches have 'trundle' beds that pull out from underneath. Unit also has a kitchen.

$1125 two bedroom-sleeps 6 adults and 2 children (under 12 years old). Room is a combination of the above two units (1 king bed, 2 double beds, 2 couches with trundle beds).

+++++rental reservations can only be a maximum of 6 months prior to checkin.
