Now taking 2011 vacation request for this Prime Beach Front quite Privacy in this wonderful Air Conditioned resort (NO ENERGY FEE) that offers the most beautiful scenic views of the Sunset over the ocean with views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the background. This is a corner 03 series spacious 1 BR King suite with TV, BR private bath, and BR balcony window ocean front beauty with enough room for an air bed. Plus living area with 2nd TV, queen couch/bed (sofa-sleeper, sliding glass beach front door to balcony and extra corner window overlooking the next door sister Consolidated Resorts Sands of Kahana Vacation Club, which shares available Amenities including sunken tennis courts, private adult pool, additional family pool area with spa, restaurant and bar, Clubhouse and putting green, beach activities center, children's game room and play areas, and barbecues. This world famous West Coast of Maui private whale and sea turtle watching beach front is between Kaanapali and Kapalua. The Spa is drained and cleaned daily. The parking is included and there are no additional fees (overflow parks across the street for free). However, internet service and extra roll-away bed to sleep 6 is fee based. Boss Frog's and four restaurants are within walking distance. A large grocery store and a video rental store and airport (JHM) are less than two miles away. Resort is within a 10-minute drive to five championship golf courses which host two PGA pro tournaments each year and are open to the public.

Full Kitchen and Dining area with 2nd full bath beside Kitchen. Laundry is located on the odd floors. Christmas and New Year weeks are blocked out as Holiday only weeks (not available), all other weeks are available on first come, first serve basis for the 03 series beach front corner units of this 12 story AC Resort (NO ENERGY FEE) with an activity desk at the entrance. Therefore there are 12 of these 03 series (one per floor) 1BR/2Bath/Full Kitchen/2TV units for 4 people, but 6 comfortably with extra roll-away (extra fee) or bring own air mattress (there is plenty of room), which are available on various check-in days (WED = 703, FRI = 403, 803 & 903, SAT = 303, 503, 603 & 1203, SUN = 103, 203, 1003 & 1103 on first come basis.

Check-in on Wednesday thru Sunday (except no MON, TUE or THU) depending on which 03 series floor room is available (see above check-in days), reservations go fast and only a few are ever rented as they are in high demand from our family, friends and whale watchers. These suits are wonderful for prospective renters, because we are willing to rent this odd year highly desirable timeshare. Let us know what your plans are and we will check your desired vacation and arrival day for availability, but hurry because different floors check-in on different days of the week. For example, the purchased deeded suite is on the 10th floor (1003) and we love it, except it only has a Sunday check-in. So sometimes we stay on other floors depending on availability and desired check-in day as we have 12 suits to choose from. We have found the Front Desk downstairs to be one of the most accommodating and caring of all the places we previously stayed at in Hawaii, that is why with location, location, location and helpful, trustworthy host to boot sold us, so we arranged to buy into this timeshare by paying cash without hesitation when we found out it was available.
