Steamboat Landing - Timeshare Rental, Resale, and Exchange

General Description:
We are flexible on the exchange, we will consider a variety of options for exchange purposes if we do not rent or sell our unit at Steamboat Landing. My son also owns week 11 in the same unit so we would be able to work something out for the buyer/renter who is interested in two weeks back-to-back in the same unit!

Resort Description:
Our unit is #A1 which is a first floor corner unit which opens to the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The Gulf is 100' from the front door. Fort Walton Beach, a beautiful stretch of clean waterfront and beach with all the amenities, restaurants and entertainment, shopping, etc. is 1/4 mile over the bridge next door, literally walking distance. Resort also features an indoor pool and laundry service. Nearby park for tennis and running. Choice of several golf courses within 10-15 minute drive.

Unit Description:
Efficiency kitchen, master bedroom with double bed, living room with hide-a-bed couch view from LR looks out over the grounds, pool, jacuzzi and gulf coast

Nearby Attractions:
There are a variety of excellent restaurants within walking distance and short drives which feature something for all appetites and budgets. There are waterslides and amusement parks for kids plus a park close by for exercise and family games.

Nearby Restaurants:
We have yet to try a restaurant we didn't like! Most are priced right and there were very few times where we had to wait for seating. Service has been friendly and professional. There are too many to try in one week!
