This is a 2 bedroom , 2 bath unit that can be either an upstairs unit or downstairs. The units are nicely decorated and kept in excelent shape. The unit is fully furnished and the kitchen has all the necesary appointments. The resort is quite private and located next to a decent sized city, on the water of Georgian Bay. The local area has many golf courses and several ski facilities for winter usage. The maintenance fee is payable in any year that you will use the facility. This resort is also affiliated with RCI international.
