There are 24 years remaining on the lease. Sale price of $9000 is highly competitive. The resort is convieniently located just minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. You can get to town either by walking along the beach, or taking a short taxi ride. Friends of mine who have gone to the resort on my recommendation have come back extremely impressed. The facility offers great views of the town and the bay. The grounds are kept immaculate, and all of the staff make you feel like you are the only guests there. There are 3 restaurants located in the resort, and there is a small grocery store onsite where you can purchase items to prepare in the suite's kitchen. This resort offers everything you could need for that perfect vacation. The popularity of this resort is soaring, so booking early for 2008 time is recommended.
