General Description:
The Edgewater Beach Resort is located right on the beach at Cape Cod in the town of Dennis.This unit is a great starter unit. It will be converted to a points based timeshare in the next year or two. Getting into this unit will increase your negotiating power if you are looking for a premium unit now or in the future. Currently the unit is a nice inexpensive getaway during Easter week. New management has recently taken over the resort and has an excellent record of turning the ho-hum in to the WOW!
This unit is deeded and located on the top (second) floor with an amazing ocean view from the balcony and private Hot Tub!
