There is much written about the Marriot Florida Club resorts so I won’t repeat it here. The apartments at Marriott Beach Place Towers are 1325 sq ft of elegant living space with 2 private balconies overlooking either the Atlantic ocean or the Intercostal waterways. We prefer the Intercostal views, particularly at night. Each 2 bedroom apartment consists of a master suite and a self contained guest suite. The master suite consists of master bedroom with whirlpool spa, separate bathroom, full kitchen and separate laundry, living and dining areas with private balcony. The guest suite consists of a combined bedroom and living area, private bathroom, kitchenette, and its own balcony. The apartment can be divided or locked-off to create 2 separate units allowing you to double your vacation by using or trading the suites separately. The much published picture of Beach Place Towers doesn’t do the complex justice. It really is a knock out complex in a superb location. The 7th floor pool area is paradise within.

Fort Lauderdale, the Venice of America is home to some of the most beautiful yachts in the world. Ok, you can only look at them, but it sure saves a whole mountain of dollars. Fort Lauderdale is a city with the flavour of a tropical resort, with beautiful beaches and cosmopolitan nightlife for the taking. Fort Lauderdale is sophisticated, elegant for adults, and fun for the younger family members.

We bought our timeshare apartment in June 2000 for $14,600. We have stayed at Beach Place Towers 3 times and enjoyed it every time. We’ve also exchanged to Cancun, Boston, and Marbella in Spain and enjoyed 5 star accommodation on our vacations. We now live in New Zealand and our lifestyle means foreign travel is no longer an option. This timeshare apartment is for sale for less than we what we paid for it in 2000.

Marriott Beach Place Towers is perfectly positioned on the edge of the Atlantic. The resort consists of a wonderful shopping and dining complex over 3 levels, on site parking, reception area, convienience shop, gym, magical pool deck, apartments and the guests overlook lounge on the top floor.

Unit Description:
Apartments have either ocean or intercoastal views. When making your reservation you can request elevation and view.

Nearby Attractions:
The attractions are too numerous to list, and you may want to do a little research before your vacation, but we enjoy exploring and trying something different. There is certainly something for adults and families alike.

Nearby Restaurants:
There are many places to dine within walking distance. The water taxi (an experience in itself) provides access to many more restaurants. If spending dollars every time your tummy grumbles is not your thing, then it's nice to know there is a fully equiped kitchen in your own apartment.
