Point at Poipu - Timeshare Rental and Resale

Located on the sunny coast of Kauai, The Point at Poipu offers luxurious two-bedroom units with spacious lanais. This 22-acre resort boasts landscaped garden retreats, a spectacular lagoon-like swimming pool and large Jacuzzis. Just minutes away you will find five championship golf courses, including the PGA Grand Slam host Poipu Bay Resort Golf Club.

Each unit is beautifully and tastefully decorated. We are selling (also available for rent) an every even year, floating week partial ocean view unit. We have the site map that we will include with the purchase, which allows you to choose where you would like to stay at the resort. The unit is two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, dining area, laundry room and patio or deck overlooking the ocean (partial ocean view means that there will be a small obstruction to the view, like a tree or a small portion of another building). Watch the whales from your deck! The amenities listed are those that are on-site. The surrounding area offers beaches, boating, fishing, amazing restaurants and charming shopping villages.

The maintenance fee for this unit is $1400 for each year of ownership. As we own one week every other year, we pay the maintenance fee once every other year. If you wish to pay half of the maintenance fee per year, that works out to $700 payable each year.

The next week that we have available is 2012, as we have already rented 2010. We can offer owner financing so that you can pay for the timeshare in installments until 2012 when the first week is available.
