Playa Grande is one of the newer beach front resorts featuring private beaches, outdoor restaurants, and a state-of-the-art Spa - all located within easy walking distance to downtown Cabo San Lucas (5 minutes walk to water taxis servicing Medano Beach). The resort sits on the Pacific Ocean side of Cabo with private beaches for walking (no vendors!) and hiking access to Lover's Beach.

Week 13 is high season for Cabo - the weather is great and all activities are in full swing. This unit is attractively priced to only recover the owner's cost and includes covering the annual maintenance fee (no extra charges other than services incurred while visiting) in a year when we are unable to use it.

No rental car is needed due to the easy walk into Cabo. The hotel offers shuttle service (for a fee) to/from the San Jose de Cabo airport.

Unit Description:
Luxury 1-Bedroom Suite at a five star resort. This luxury unit is located at the center of Playa Grande overlooking the main pools and the Pacific Ocean; and close to the main lobby, spa, and health club. The unit includes a master bedroom along with sofa sleeper and pull-out bed; two full baths; and a well-equiped kitchenette.

Nearby Attractions:
Playa Grande is located just outside the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas with lots of shopping, night life, activities - including fishing, Cabo Dolphins, jet skis, snorkeling - and restaurants.

There are several restaurants on the premises along with several more within a 5 minute walk. A terrific breakfast / brunch greets you each morning poolside.
