Hilton Grand Vacation Club at the Las Vegas Hilton - Timeshare For Sale

General Description:
This timeshare is based in the Las Vegas Hilton, although we generally stay at the Flamingo HGVC due to it's proximity to the strip. The new Monorails make it convenient to stay at any of the 3 HGVC resorts in Vegas. Size is dependent on points, minimal is a studio with a kitchenette, 2 queen beds and a sauna tub. Next up is a one bedroom with a separate living room, dining area and full kitchen. Next up is the studio combined with the one bedroom, for a sleeping capacity of 8.
We hosted family one year in separate rooms for a wedding. We usually stay in the full bedroom units, which our points allowed us to stay ten days one year. There are now three HGVC resorts you can stay at in Las Vegas.
You can bank the points into either Hilton Honors to stay at any Hilton brand hotel throughout the world, or transfer the points to RCI to use in their system of resorts. The possibilities of finding a resort are endless.
We are selling our timeshare for health reasons, difficulty of traveling has made it hard to utilize. Will consider reasonable offers.
