The Ridge on Lake Granbury offers a peaceful, relaxing getaway featuring all your favorite aquatic sports. You can swim and sun by the resort's outdoor pool, enjoy a game of tennis, or play golf close by. If you prefer, The Ridge is within an hour's drive of Six Flags Over Texas, The Ballpark at Arlington, Wet & Wild, and the Dallas Cowboys, not to mention all the other attractions the DFW metroplex offers. The resort also offers a beach area with boating facilities and a children's playground area. Adding a historical highlight to your vacation is the town of Granbury. Founded in the late 1800s, it is called" a living, working museum" and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
