It is a very, very quiet resort for relaxing and you are less then a mile away from the entrance to Downtown Disney and within driving distance of all the other Orlando parks.

Resort Description:
It is a floating week and there are no limits as to which week you wish to have. You just have to book early. It is also part of Interval International which means you can request an exchange or start a search without giving up your right to the unit. It is right outside Downtown Disney and it is a very nice resort with great staff. I have exchanged my Christmas week there to go down to the Florida Keys during the same Christmas week.

if you plan to be in Orlando more than once during a particular year, you can rent a unit at a discount. The unit I own is a two-bedroom deluxe unit. You can rent a regular two bedroom condo or a one bedroom condo for a very now price.

Unit Description:
In some second floor units, you can the Disney fireworks at night Some units overlook a very nice court year while some overlook the pool. It depends on the check-in dates which are Friday, Saturday or Sunday. You can look it up on the Interval International website (the resort name is BLT). You have to search for the resort and narrow down to Orlando Florida. The first resort should be Blue Tree Resort. If you are already a member of II, then the search is easier.
