We own time share weeks #39 & 40 and also rent 8 additional weeks. Have been vacationing here for 8 years.

Unit #10, 2nd floor, right off the elevator. Unit has pull out couches, entertainment unit, dining room table with 6 chairs. two bar stools, full refrigerator, stove, microwave oven & convection oven, dishwasher and small appliances. All dishes and cooking pots & pans provided. Self controlled heating and air conditioning in the unit. Full bathroom. All linens provided. House cleaning & fresh linens provided weekly . Free laundry on premise.

The view is spectacular from your own private lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets are great

The Lighthouse Restaurant across the street.. Grouper for lunch & dinner is their specialty. The Turtle Club two doors down. Tamiami Trail 1/2 mile from the beach are many restaurants from Road House to Fine Dinning. Many chain restaurants and plenty of locally owned spots.
