General Description:
Large 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms.

Our normal week is the end of January in the 'Red' season (Week 5). We have one week with this resort every other year. We have a 25 year agreement with them starting in 2007. We are accepting serious offers for either taking over the rest of our contract with this resort or taking this week in July this year.

Maintenance is paid semi-annually.

Resort Description:
This is located next to the lovely beach at Jimbaran Bay. It's really a beautiful scene. There are about 15-20 private apartments, each in their own private enclosure.

Very alluring swimming pool area with a nice place serving food adjacent.

Honestly, the resort looks spotless and very well-maintained.

It's quite close to other destinations in Bali. For instance, it's about a 10 minute drive to the airport.

Unit Description:
Again, the unit that we saw was spotless and spacious with charming tropical/Polynesian decor.

Small but lovely swimming pool.
