Grand Beach Vacation Resort - Timeshare Rental

General Description:
I’ve read good things about this resort & was hoping to get there for this week (4th of July), but something came up & I can’t make it. I have an RCI exchange here for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit from Sunday, June 28th thru Sunday July 5th.

Apparently Embassy Suites bought out this place, and they have an excellent reputation. I will purchase an RCI Guest Certificate in the name of the person who purchases this rental in order to make the check-in process go smoothly.

Unit Description:
These vacation homes are air- conditioned and offer three televisions with cable, one DVD player, and a stereo with CD player. All units have screened patio, full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, icemaker and a washer/dryer. All units are 3 BR OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 with 3full baths, 2 king beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen sleep sofa. Each unit offers dual master suites. One of the master suites has a whirlpool tub. A credit card imprint will be required at check-in. All unit assignments will be made upon arrival. A view of the lake can not be guaranteed. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area. No pets allowed.

The resort is in the Orlando area with close proximity of all the theme parks - Disney, Seaworld and Universal.

Nearby Restaurants:
There are plenty of restaurants in the Orlando area. The resort is at Lake Bryan which also has restaurants.
