beautiful beach and friendly place to stay. kid friendly and great pool area. This has mortgage paid in full and first use will be 2010. (I have paid 2009 maintenance fees) If you are and rci member you get 2 bonus weeks each year. I just stayed there Dec 2008 for a week for under $200 for the week, This is a great deal.

Resort Description:
I have owned here for 5 years and have 2 other weeks. They are doing major renovations across the street - Johnny Longboats will be back hopefully Sept 2009. The sailfish marina is within easy walking distance and it has great food and fish to feed.

Unit Description:
I have a pool and ocean view unit. They just replaced all the beds and they are very comfortable. There is entertainment almost every day.

Nearby Attractions:
There is parasailing, scuba diving, and a gambling boat that goes out several times a day. There is Worth Ave in Palm Beach which has great shopping

Nearby Restaurants:
Sailfish marina is with in walking distance. Carmines and several other great restaurants are with in quick driving distance.
There is a great tiki bar on premises with good individual pizzas.
