Normal time to reserve is 21 to 59 days before the desired rental period, for both full and split weeks, subject to availability.
If a longer reservation advance time is desired, please check with owner. Shorter times than 21 days will diminish availability.

All-inclusive service for the time this condo is rented is available for an additional amount per day per person (half-price for children 5-12; under 5 free).

On short notice (3 weeks to 2 months), we may have available condo-weeks for $350 to $850 per week. If interested please inquire with owner for details by email.

Sale price of $3,900 includes 57 (of 60 original) bonus weeks, which may be used or rented to others at any time within the lease period. If these weeks are rented at $211 above the maintenance fee ($639 + $211 = $850 in 2009), only 19 rented weeks will pay for the purchase price, leaving 38 weeks to make a profit on at this $850 rental fee. Lower rental fees will make renting easier,and likely increase the number of rentals possible, of course. Excellent deal for a Panama area lover who also wants to make some extra money. Rentals include all Avalon resorts: Avalon Reef Club, Isla Mujeres; Avalon Excalibur, Acapulco; and Avalon Grand Resort, Cancun.
