Great area and great place...from bloody mary's at the pool on sundays to the greatest ice cream stores and seafood restaurants accessible by the free trolley that runs around the island...feels like home to me, but can't go this year...feel free to pull up the website and e-mail with any questions...this is a unit second floor right on the beach...watch the sunset from the railing right in front of your door.
