Coconut Mallory Marina and Resort - Timeshare Rental

General Description:
Coconut Mallory Marina and Resort sits adjacent to the Atlantic ocean . There are 2 pools, and a jacuzzi . They have a grill where you may cook your lunch or dinner on the deck and watch ocean life as it moves in and out of the cove. They have boat docks adjacent. Our unit is a cute loft with the bedroom and half bath in the loft which over looks the living area. There is a sleeper sofa, a dinette and full kitchen and full bath on the main level. it has a lovely covered front porch where we have enjoyed the evenings. In Key West you are not far from anything. Shopping, dining, outdoor activities are just minutes away by car or public transpotation. And there are always the sunsets at Mallory Square

Resort Description:
We have kayaked, canoed and watched vessels as they move from the atlantic to the gufl or vice-versa, as there is access to both bodies of wate from our dock. It is peaceful at the resort, being just miutes from the downtown area. But it is not too far to grab a drink or see the sights.

Unit Description:
We are close to roosevelt blvd. You can watch traffic, bikers and the mopeds as they go by, on their way to the beach, which is just minutes from the resort.Smathers beach is approx. 3 minutes away. There is swimming and other assorted beach activities to do there. From the back windows you can see on of the 2 pools which are there.

There are bike rentals moped rentals electric cars, close by.There is alot to choose from at the beach which is close.
there are alot of attractions about the history of the island, restaurants and drinking establisments. And local merchants who sell their goods.

Nearby Restaurants:
The resort does not have a restaurant on property, but there are restaurants right down the sreet, and as you get downtown there are alot of food choices. The is also a grocery store, as you might enjoy prepareing some meals in you unit.
