Fabulous value. CHRISTMAS week (Sunday (prior to Christmas) check-in). Way below Marriott's rates. Contact resort for information about complimentary access to the spa at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort for guests of Marriott Desert Springs Villas (Phase I only). Also, Phase I villas are approximately 200 square feet larger than Phase II villas AND have two double beds in the second bedroom (not one bed and a pull-out, which is the case in Phase II). No state or local taxes, as would be the case if you rented from Marriott (9%).
