Casa del Mar - Timeshare Rental and Resale

KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A VERY VERY HIGH RENTAL WEEK IN FLORIDA DUE TO THE RACE & SCHOOL VACATION BREAK
I am renting out my week at the Casa Del Mar, Ormond Beach, Florida for the weekend of and following the Daytona 500, 2009 - I am also putting it up for sale too if you are interested (price is negotiable) unit #201. I lock this week in every year on the following Monday after departure. This is how it works with Amber Vacation Club. Owner rates are discounted if you decide to stay additional days at this resort or the others they have in the USA.

Dates already locked in for 2009 are: Friday - Friday - February 13-20, 2009 (this can be changed by requesting another available time frame)

It does get very quiet here after the race, most peoplel come down and leave on Presidents day (the Monday after the race)

KEEP IN MIND THAT MOST PLACES THIS SIZE & DURING THIS WEEK WILL RUN ANYWHERE FROM $1500 - $4000 so their is rental income to make on this if you decide to purchase!
