Oceanfront one bedroom unit in the new Seaside building already reserved for the week of March 27-April,3, 2010. Dates can be changed to your choice of available weeks 1-50 with Friday, Saturday, or Sunday check-in. The resort charges a timeshare tax of $10 per day and utility fee based on electricity usage upon checkout.

Morritts Tortuga Seaside is located on a beautiful beach with 3 available pools (2 with swim-up bars) and 2 restaurants on site. Snorkel right off the beach or meet your dive boat at the dock.

Unit Description:
Seaside is the newest building at the resort. The unit features a full kitchen with dishwasher and dining area for 4. King sized bed in the bedroom and pull-out couch in the living area will sleep 4. Your balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean or opens directly onto a patio on the beach.

Visit nearby Rum Point and take an excursion to Stingray City to swim with and feed the stingrays.

Nearby Restaurants:
David's restaurant is on the property or you can eat at Mimi's dock bar. The Reef Resort next door also has a restaurant within walking distance. Portofino's is a couple of miles down the road - they will pick you up if you do not have a rental car.
