From the Resort's Website:

And, of course, world class skiing, golfing, hiking and countless other recreational activities are just moments away.Walk or drive into Banff, or catch a ride on our free, hourly shuttle, to enjoy the shopping, fine dining and cultural ambience for which the town is so famous.
Room description: One Bedroom Suite --
1 queen bed located in the bedroom with double pull-out sofa in living room. Kitchen, wood burning fireplace and full bath.
Maximum Occupancy » 4 people, recommended for 2 adults and 2 children. All our rooms have gas or wood burning fireplaces, comfortable living room areas, and the modern conveniences you expect at a world class resort, including such as cable TV, hairdryers, voicemail, and dial-up internet.'
My additional comments:
Due to park building codes, rooms are small, but the one-bedrooms are well-equipped with a kitchen containing a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave (but not all have a conventional oven.) The resort has many amenities, including indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, tennis, health club, and complementary shuttle into town. Most units at the resort are recently renovated. Pictures and more information are available at the resort's website, www.rockymountainresort.com
Non-smoking, but pets permitted for an additional fee. Because this is in a National Park, a park access fee is required to drive to the resort; cost is $12 per day per car, or an annual pass to ALL of Canada's National Parks can be purchased for about $120.
I own many timeshares and often rent them out. I have extensive positive feedback on eBay -- please email me for details.
