Great location right on the Las Vegas Strip! Floating week (except Christmas and New year's), check in Friday or Saturday for a full week. Shuttle bus available as well as many activities for owners/guests. Many amenities in the resort, just a short walk to anything you need or want. The new Cosmopolitan Casino/Resort is quickly being built across the street where the Boardwalk Casino used to be. Polo is situated between the MGM and Aladdin casinos it is easy to find, with parking just off of Harmon. The Suites have been recently renovated to match the Villas. If you are in town for a convention, this location is great. Just a short walk to the MGM where you can catch the new monorail direct to the convention center near the Hilton. Monorail now connects to downtown Vegas. Easy walking, taxi, or shuttle access to anything you need. See concierge for details of shuttle times and locations.

Each suite currently offers a one bedroom and hotel unit with a lockout door. Simply call security to come open it and make your unit a 2 bedroom, or split the cost with another couple and each will have plenty of privacy. Hotel unit has mini kitchenette with coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, balcony, TV, and king sized bed. 1 bedroom unit has separate living room area with pull out couch for sleeping 2 more guests, full kitchen with stove & oven, full refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, large bathroom, king sized bed, 2 TVs, VCR, stereo, dining table, and balcony. Secured parking is available at no extra charge. Swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub are on the roof top, along with barbecues and cabanas for privacy. Fully equipped exercise facility available, but we have never had the opportunity to use it with so much else to do in Vegas.

We stay regularly here and are very happy with the service and amenities. The staff is eager to help with any of your needs, the concierge is a great help for obtaining reservations or tickets to shows. So much nearby to do, you may not spend much time in the resort itself.

Asking price $1475 per week, we are no longer offering partial week rentals because it is so difficult to find another renter or to use the leftover days. You may use only part of the week, but the price is still the same.
