Balboa Club - Timeshare Rental and Resale

General Description:
What I have is the first 12 timmeshare weeks each year until 2095. The MF is $87.00 per week so amounts to around $1050.00 for the full 12 weeks. There is avery good restaurant on site and the unit that I have-3E- is on the second floor and looks directly down on the beach. The resort is right in the middle of the Gold Zone but very far off of the road and is very quiet. The pool area is in a court yard like setting and when the wind is too much out on the beach the pool area is cozy.
The Balboa Club was a private club until about 6 years ago. Prior to going public the guests included John Wayne, Ronald Reagan, John Sullivan(owner of the Boston Red Sox) and so on. It is two levels and you feel like you are in at someone's private resort(yours).
