This is a 1,400 square feet Top Rated Gold Crown Condo plus attached garage with resort frontage on Kangaroo Lake. Our resort now has complimentary high speed internet access. Our unit is also for sale for $14,900 OBO.

We unlike the Resorts Summer Rental Program of only renting full summer weeks, we have different discounts ( of 15% to 22%) on 2 day, 3 day, and 4 day weekend and weekday vacation packages and our rental price rates and are posted in this rental ad of ours for your inspection and consideration.
Please note the renter must be willing and able to show proof that they are at least 25 years of age to be able to rent our unit from us.

The renter must be willing and able to show proof that they are at least 25 years of age to be able to rent our unit from us.
The person who’s name that is to be put on the rental lease must be willing to send proof of their age being 25 years or older by the use of some type of official picture ID in order to rent from us. The person who’s name is on the rental lease must be present in order for their group to be allowed to be checked in without advance emailed permission from us the landlord to the resort. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in meeting requirement on verifying age requirements.
(1) Unit to be rented is our fixed week number 26 ownership unit number 2002 at the resort called the Rushes. The street address of the Rushes is 3014 Rushes Road, Bailey's Harbor Wisconsin, zip 54202. The Rushes front desk phone number is 1-920-839-2730.
(2A) For the year of 2009 our fixed week starts on a Friday June 26, 2009 with a 3 PM check-in time and ends with a 10AM check out time on Friday, July 3, 2009. Partial weeks can be rented from us and our rental rates will be shown farther down below after viewing the resorts rental rates to help you compare available $aving$.
(2B) IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE, in order to try to be fair to all interested potential interested renters the first prospective tenant to send the landlord payment in full will secure the unit for their use. Other later arriving payments will be returned. The EARLIEST POSTMARK gets our unit if two checks arrive for the same confirmed reservation unit- check in date.
PLEASE NOTE, NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED if with in 30 days of the check in date, DO NOT SEND CASH.
If it is with in 30 days or less of the reservation check in date that you want, please only pay by either Paypal or send a UNITED STATES POSTAL OFFICE MONEY ORDER By US Priority mail. Please email us the postal tracking number and a copy of that money order asap by email or fax to confirm to us that your payment is on the way to secure your reservation. We will in most cases hold that reservation for 7 days from date you send that email or fax. Or you can use PAYPAL to make your rental payment.
If you are snail mailing a payment we strongly advise because of the BAD and CARELESS DELIVERLY SERVICE AND THE LACK Of SECURITY provided by both UPS and DHL on their deliveries in our area, we strongly advise that you do not waste your money using either of them. We have found some of their deliveries in the snow, etc and not were supposed to be. You can SAVE a fair amount of MONEY by instead safely assure that your mailing will not get lost by using US Priority mail to send your mailing to our PO Box # 661.
Our unsecured rural mail box sits out of our view about one block from our home so that is another reason we suggest using our PO box # 661 if you are sending payment by Mail. We will call you asap when we receive payment. Please include your home phone number in your mailing. Thank you for your cooperation.
Payment required to secure unit is 100% of rental price as show above if it is for an existing confirmed reservation.
There is a no refund policy once the timeshare is rented. The only type of refund that would be allowed is if the this unit is if it is uninhabitable as stated in part numbered section 7 of this rental lease agreement, and no other similar units are available for the same week at this resort. The parties have signed their names below to evidence their agreement to the terms and conditions of this rental agreement,
Payment required to secure unit is 100% of rental price as show for this existing confirmed reservation.
Also required is a additional $100. refundable security deposit per unit that is to be paid at the same time as the rental deposit is paid. The refundable $100 security deposit refund is to be sent by snail mail or email to the renter with in 5 business days or less after the check out date has passed if no damage fees or any other unpaid fees are owed by the renters to the resort. Please make payment payable to Bruce F. Czajkowski.
(3) Briefly here are just some of the many features and advantages our unit and our resort has in store for you. Our unit number 2002 is surrounded by beautiful lush mature trees.
We feel that our unit offers that “up north woods feeling” and far more privacy than most of the of the resorts in Door County. Our unit is a roomy 1400 plus square feet not including the handy attached garage. Just recently added is high speed wireless internet in the recreation center. Also the condo units have new DVD and CD players.
(4) We will be happy to send you pictures of our unit and the lush woods surrounding it, plus other pictures of the resorts many amenities by e-mail attachment or by postal mail. Or you can see some but not all of the same pictures at http://www.vacationtimesharerentals.com .
Our guests will enjoy the use of all the resort's amenities which include some amenities that the other Door County resorts cannot offer.
First of all is the spaciousness of our units and the attached garages. The some of the other amenities are the use of the catamaran's, kayaks, windsurfing boards, paddle boats, rowboats, piers, mooring buoys, tennis courts, shuffleboard in volleyball courts and of course the Rushes many private beaches with many beach chairs overlooking the Rushes about 2800 foot of shoreline of the clean clear waters of the 1000 acres of Kangaroo lake.
Our resort also has indoor pool, hot tub and workout center. The resorts hiking and jogging paths are spread out on about 100 acres of the resorts private land. Our resort is not stuck in a town and there are numerous trails and paths that you will have access to.

(6) Our ownership is a fixed week number 26 which falls on the Fourth of July week a little over one half of the time (But not in 2009). The advantage for you is if you rent are week from us for the year of 2009 you will have up to one month after that rental week passes to have the sole opportunity and right of having the sole option of renting our unit for the next year.
(7) Why would you want to rent from us instead of the resorts rental pool? Besides the savings of maybe about $700 or more on a full week rental we will detail some of the other advantages that we offer you.
First for a comparison we will show you some of the resorts rental prices and usage terms compared our rental prices and usage term's. The Resorts rental weeks as per the resorts rental rate card (if they have any week 26’s available) rates for weeks 26 to 33 are $2,275 per week + 5.5 % sales tax = a total of $2,400.12 per week, or $325.00 per night card plus a 5.5% sales tax of $17.87 = $342.87 per night. Our rental rates are based on 6 occupants
With all of the resorts rates subject to a sales tax. and a $250 unit security posit is required by the resort. With our discounts of 15% to 22% off of the Resorts Rental Rates and you DO NOT Pay any sales tax.
(8) PLEASE NOTE, VERY IMPORTANT, on the resorts rate card it has stated in the summer the resorts policy is a “minimum summer” rental is one week. Three night and minimum for other seasons. Rates over a holiday period or special event are somewhat higher and will be quoted upon request by the resort.
(9) Our early reservation discount rates listed below are good until June 13, 2009. Then by that time we are sure that you can appreciate that we would like to be able to firm up and make our summer vacation plans. So after June 13, 2009 those discounts and discounted vacation packages may be no longer available.
We may at that time put our week into the resort rental pool and whoever then rents our week through the rental pool will have to pay the resorts full rental rate of $2,275. plus 5.5% sales tax=$2,400.12 and any of the other resorts extra charges compared to our pricing of $1,499 with no housekeeping cleaning charge with no sales tax for the full week. Our total weekly rental charge of only $1,499 SAVES YOU AT about $901.12 compared to the resorts base weekly rental rate.
(10) We do not charge a extra holiday charge like the resort may do if the rental week falls during Fourth of July and is rented out by us to you for the full week.
We do require only a $100 security deposit on all of our rentals. If no extra charges are incurred by us (the owners) because of the renters the $100 security deposit will be returned to the renters by snail mail or by email with in 5 business days or less after the above after the rental ends.
(11) Our Friday, Saturday weekend package rate is as follows. Check-in on Fiday June 25, 2010 at 3 PM and checkout on Sunday June 27, 2010 at 10 AM on Sunday morning. Resorts rate of $325 per night times two nights equals $650.00 + tax = $685.75. Our partial week discount price is $ 575.00 plus the renter pays for the resorts extra required housekeeping unit cleaning fee of $60 that makes our total rental rate only $ 635.00 plus the $100 security deposit equals a total payment of $ 735.00 to secure our unit for this time period.
(12) Our 3 night weekend package with a 3:00 PM Friday check-in time on June 25, 2010 Friday that includes Saturday, Sunday, and has a 10 AM Monday June 28, 2010 morning checkout time. $325 times three nights equals $975 + Tax = $1,028.31. Our partial week discount price is $860. plus the renter pays for the resorts extra required housekeeping unit cleaning fee of $60 that makes our total rental rate only $920.00 plus the $100 refundable security deposit equals a total payment of $1,200.00 to secure our unit for this time period..
(13) Our 4 night weekend package with a 3 PM Friday check in time on Friday June 25, 2010 that includes all day Saturday, Sunday, Monday with a 10 AM Tuesday June 29, 2010 check out time. Four nights times $325 equals $1,300.00 + tax = $1,371.50. Our partial week discount price is $1,120.00 plus the renter pays for the resorts extra required housekeeping unit cleaning fee of $60 that makes our total a rental rate only $1,180.00 plus the $100 refundable security deposit equals a total of $1,280.00 to secure our unit for this time period.
(14) Our 5 night weekend package with a 3 PM check in time on Friday June 25. 2010 twith a 10 AM Wednesday June 30, 2010 check out time. Five nights times $325 equals $1,625.00 + tax = $ 1,714.38. Our partial week discount price is $1,360.00 plus the renter pays for the resorts extra required housekeeping unit cleaning fee of $60 that makes our total a rental rate only $1,420.00 plus the $100 refundable security deposit equals a total of $1,520. to secure our unit for this time period.
15) Our 3 night midweek rental rate is as follows. Check-in on Tuesday June 29, 2010 at 3 PM and checkout on Friday July 2, 2010 at 10 AM. Three nights times $325 equals $975= Plus tax = $ 1,028.63. Our partial week discount price is $830.00 plus the renter pays for the resorts extra required housekeeping unit cleaning fee of $60 that makes our total rental rate only $890.00 plus the $100 refundable security deposit equals a total of $990.00 to secure our unit for this time period.
(16) Our 4 night midweek package with the Monday June 28, 2010 3 PM check-in and 10 AM Friday July 2, 2010 checkout. $295 times 4 nights equals $1,300.00 + tax = 1,371.50. Our partial week discount price is $1,080.00 plus the renter pays for the resorts extra required housekeeping unit cleaning fee of $60 that makes our total rental rate only $1,140.00 plus the $100 refundable security deposit equals a total of $1,240.00 to secure our unit for this time period.
(17) Our 5 Night package with a Sunday 3 PM June 27, 2010 check-in time with a Friday July 2, 2010 10 AM checkout time. 5 night's times $325 equals $1,625+ tax = 1,714.38. Our partial week discount price is $1,370 plus the renter pays for the resorts extra required housekeeping unit cleaning fee of $60 that makes our total a rental rate only $1,430.00 plus the $100 refundable security deposit equals a total of $1,530.00 to secure our unit for this time period.
(18) Our Full week package with a 3 PM check in time on Friday June 25. 2010 that has a Friday July 2, 2010 check out time. Our full week rental week rental rate is $1,599. plus the $100 refundable security deposit equals a total of only $1,699.00 to secure our ownership unit for this time period. The resorts rate of $325 per night X 7 nights = $2,275 + 5,5% sales tax = $2,400.12 or $801.12 more than our rental
(19) Please circle the vacation package that you want and also write you name(s) by that item line to help avoid any possible misunderstandings. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. All rentals require a $100 security deposit that will be returned in full within 1 week of the check out date if no damages, etc are owed by the renter because of the renters actions.
(20) We bought this (hard to obtain) prime summer week number FIXED (not Floating) week 26 ownership because it was a FIXED week 26 ownership. So please do not ask us try and switch to a different week or do a one day rental as we can not switch weeks.
(21) The earlier you can contact us the better your chances are to get the exact vacation package that you want. If you need a different vacation package that shown above feel free to give us a call for a special quote for the type of vacation time that you want.
(22) The term of lease is only for the exact time circled above with the tenant's full name written in that circles time period. The tenant may use this unit during the term without interference subject to the terms of this lease. If the unit is not habitable on the day the lease starts by reason of flood, fire, storm or for any other reason beyond the landlords control, the landlord shall refund the rent forthwith and there after have no further liability to the tenant.
