Kona Coast Resort (Shell Vacations Club) - Timeshare For Sale

This timeshare is very beautiful,and tropical. On the big Island, it's like being in
in the country yet all the shopping and sight seeing is close by. The time share sits
on the Kona side of the Island. This is not a deeded week, it is on a point system.
You can use your points to stay at any shell vacation resort or to pay for your airline tickets, a rental car or even have the resort buy your groceries before you arrive. I have 4000 pts per year and they carry over for two years if not used and you can borrow up to two year of points in advance also.

I really hate to loose this timeshare, but my husband lost his job back in Feb. 2003 and still has not had any luck in getting a new job. This has put us in a big bind.
I would rather sell my timeshare than to loose it to a forecloser. I really do not want the
money for the timeshare, I just would like for someone to take over the payments which are $207.00 a month and pay the maintance fee which I am behind on which is about $1000.00 or somewhere around that amount. I know this does not sound very good
but I figured I needed to tell the truth, becuase we really are in a bind.
