Two bedroom end unit. Spectacular view. Up and down lockout. Can be used as a studio and a one bedroom, or a two bedroom. Maintance is paid for 2010 and is included in sale price. Includes the use of week 53 every six years that it occurs. If interested I can e-mail photos of the unit and it's view. I have been coming to St. Maarten for twenty years and have purchased two weeks in the Marina Residences for the first two weeks of January. That is why I am selling the other units.
