All Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa villas include a large-screen TV with VCR in the living area and master bedroom, private terrace and washer/dryer. Our villa offer fully equipped kitchens and whirlpool. Guests enjoy a scenic lakefront setting, numerous swimming pools, weekly tennis clinics, watersports, basketball and volleyball courts, and a full schedule of family activities.

YOU HAVE SEVERAL OPTIONS: This is a lockout unit. You can use your 1 bedroom unit for 3 weeks this year, or you can use 1 bedroom the first week, then 2 bedrooms the next week, or the whole 3 bedrooms for a week. You can also use your 1 bedroom unit for 1 week this year, then your 2 bedrooms unit for 1 week the next year, or 1 bedroom for 2 weeks the next year.

You can rent this 1/2/3 bedroom unit and/or exchange it with Interval International anywhere in the world.

Maintenance fees are paid only every other year.
