I own both units and they are both for sale and/or rent either separately or together. The rent is $1200 for the week for each unit. The sales price is $13,000 for each unit. They are available for rent for the week of Thanksgiving arriving the Saturday before and departing the Saturday after. Each unit has one bedroom with attached bath with King bed. Queen size sofa bed in living room with a single pull out murphy style bed in the living room as well. Separate bath with shower off of the kitchen. Maid service is twice a week. 5 star resort.
