I have two available rental types based on when you plan to arrive/travel:

FIRST TYPE:
This is available for use anytime and can reserve up to two months in advance (cost is 195.00). If you want additional rooms, call and I will see what I can do. I should have a lot available; these are bonus weeks that are available for last minute travel.
BOOKING can only be done within 60-days of arrival for this price. I can get you two rooms for 380.00

SECOND TYPE:
This is available for use anytime and can reserve up to one year in advance. If you want additional rooms, call and I will see what I can do.
BOOKING can be done within 1-year of arrival for the price of 355.00 per unit. I can get you two rooms for 690.00

This is an all-inclusive hotel (rate is about $95.00 per day for adults during high season and $75.00 in the summer, half that for kids 7 to 12 and free under seven, and this includes all you meals, snacks, drinks, alcoholic drinks, etc -- you wont go hungry or thirsty).

The property consists of 796 rooms:
661 superior rooms (334 in the Flamenco Building; 124 in the Cangrejo Building; 203 in the Pueblo del Río)
63 Junior (59 Suites in the Flamenco building and 4 Double Beds in the Flamenco Buildings)
The Royal Club consists of 45 rooms, of which 12 are Master Suites (12 Junior King Bed) connecting with 12 Standard (Double Bed) and 21 are Junior Suites (King Bed)

All rooms are equipped with:
Air conditioning, Bath with shower and hair dryer, Safety deposit box, Satellite TV, Telephones, Minibar: with water, beer and sodas replenished once during your stay, Iron, Ironing board

This is a great resort, 5star. We have multiple timeshares, kids in school and sports, I own my own business, and we just can’t find the time to take as many vacations as we want to.
