Westgate ski resort is a Five Star luxury resort and spa, located at the Canyons in beautiful Park City, Utah, home of the 2002 winter Olympics. This is an annual floating week and is available at the high ski season, (red). This ski and spa villa has 2 luxurious bedroom units each with full kitchen and bathroom facilites. The larger unit has a fireplace, large dining and sitting area,jacuzzi tub and sauna in the bathroom. This villa is a two bedroom lockout, which means you can separate the units if desired, to accomodate two families, each with their own private unit. One smaller bedroom unit will sleep 3-4 people and the larger unit will sleep 5- 6 people. This is a ski in-ski out resort, with ski valet, terrific snow and greats slopes directly adjacent to the resort. The resort also has a large world class incredible spa , a large heated indoor swimming pool, health- fitness center and restaurants on premises. This is a wonderful family ski resort, the best in Park City. This is an annual usage during the height of the ski season or anytime during the year except Christmas and New Years. The luxurious 2 bedroom Villa unit can be divided into 2 complete bedroom units and be used sparately to give you 2 weeks a year at the resort. This timeshare also exchanges 2 for 1, since it is a five star resort you can exchange your week at Westgate Park City for a Westgate resort in another city, you will get two weeks in that resort for the one week you exchanged at Westgate, Park city resort.

The sale price for this timeshare is $35,900, which is more then 20% below the asking price from Westgate resorts. I have to sell due to health problems so I have markedly undervalued the asking price. The two bedroom villa is available for rent during 2008 ski season Jan-March pending availability. The 2 bedroom suite will sleep 8 -10 people comfortably and rents for$3500 for the week during the si season.. The availabilty of ths Westgate Villa goes very quickly and it is recommended to book at least 6 months in advance. This two bedroom villa rents for over $5500 a week if booked thru Westgate resort during ski season. I own one week a year at this ski and spa resort so I can offer it at the markedly reduced rate for the week. Also you will not have to pay the 10% resort and sales tax charged by the resort, since I own the week.
