Imagine 2 weeks every year in Cozumel at the Melia Resort! We are no longer able to travel the way we used to and are selling off some of our weeks...
This is a 1 bedroom Junior suite , floating Red time,usable anytime weeks 15-35 and 44-46.
The unit has a mini kitchen with microwave, small fridge, 2 burners, sink, pots, plates and utensils. In the dining/living room is a sleeper sofa, TV, easy chair, end table, table and 4 chairs. The Bath has a dressing area, tub and shower. The bedroom is in the middlle of the unit and can be closed off with moving louver doors from the hall. ......
The unit is ocean front and has a small balcony overlooking the carribbean. On site are 2 pools (one is adults only with a swim up bar) game room, concierge service, water sports activity center, towel service, daily maid service, free bottled water water, free wifi in lobby. Melia has one of the few true beaches on the hotel side of the island.Lounge chairs and towels available dailly
The resort is all inclusive but is the AI is optional for time share owners. The rate varies depending on the plan taken. If you do not choose a plan you will not be able to purchase any food or beverage on site.There is a seperate beverage only plan ( We have never taken the plan, buy our food and beverages at the market and bring down to the beach with us!)
The resort is across from the only golf course on the island. It is a short taxi ride into town.
The sale price is for 2 weeks every year until 2017, 18 weeks in all...maintenance is $506 per week. Your weeks will begin in 2009. All the Resort units have been redone over the past 3 years (since hurricane Wilma)
