Sandcastle Condominiums - Timeshare Rental, Resale, and Exchange

Sandcastle is the only beachfront timeshare property at this end of Cape Cod. The combination of beach location and the capacity to sleep six gives this unit surprisingly strong trading power. It trades as well as my 2 bdrm/gold crown/summer week in Orlando. With this week we have exchanged through RCI into at least 2 bedroom (sleep 6) units at Orange Lake-Orlando, Silver Lake - Orlando, The Shores at Lake Travis - TX, Crystal Springs - FL, and Wyndam Towers (1 bdrm) - Atlantic City.

If you like Cape Cod, this is a great place to stay. Sandcastle is two converted motels. It has the charm of old Cape Cod. The Bay-side beach with dramatically low tides makes for a great day on the beach. Sandcastle has recently re-finished its in-door and out-door pools. Both are great. Love having the option to swim even if it rains.

Provincetown center is a short drive or long bike-ride away (a bus stops out front). P-Town offers a an artsy, gay-friendly fun place to shop. The two National Seashore beaches on the Atlantic side are easily accessable.
