This resort is still under construction. Phase III just opened in July, and the final phase will open in July of 2009. There are big plans for the resort and the area around it, including a walking path to Fifth Avenue and all the unique shops and restaurants in Playa. But you won't have to wait until the path is complete since the resort provides free shuttles between Playa and the Royal Haciendas.
This two-bedroom villa with lockout is located in the first phase of the Royal Haciendas, building D, room 123. The villa's location was selected because of its easy accessibility to the pools on both sides of the resort. It is also close to the lobby and on-site grocery, yet has a view of the ocean and the island of Cozumel. Just a few steps away from the terrace are wonderful hammocks for a relaxing nap or a place to read your favorite novel. With its ground floor location, everything is just steps away!
