The apartment is on one floor, which includes 2 bedrooms, kitchen diner, living room and 1 bathroom, which overlooks the Solent, which is a part of the sea between the Isle of Wight and the south of England and it is where many boat races have taken place.

From the outside there are grass areas, trees and shrubs surrunding the apartment, which gives you a welcome feeling whilst aproaching your door.

In the kitchen diner, all facilities are included such as cooker, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and all ordinary utensils.

The living room consists of a television, video and dvd player, games coffe table so you can play chess and backgammon etc, a phone to call reception or make outbound calls, large patio door with patio area at the rear of the accomodation.

Bathroom includes a shower, bath and wash basin.

The hallway has an cupboard for storing items, which already stores an iron, ironing board, lining and cleaning equipment such has a hoover and dustpan and brush etc.

A 5 minute walk will take you to the harbour where you can catch a ferry at regular times across to the Isle Of Wight.

Alternatively you can take the train inland to Southampton or across the coast. Also near by is the New Forest National Park where you can go for relaxing walks.

Available at the club is a gym, tennis court, pitch and putt facilities. There is also an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi's, sauna, steam room and sports hall. Located in the grounds of the resort is a licensed bar, restaurant and games room.

The staff are always helpful and friendly and are available 24 hours a day. Before arrival, you can request to have groceries, newspapers, etc. delivered to your apartment and also you can request to have the heating turned on, so it is warm in your apartment as soon as you arrive.

This is a brilliant apartment located in a lovely part of the South of England.
