Timeshare Owner's Description:

I am selling my Annual use - 2 bedroom Lock-off condo- Floating weeks 1-51- at the 5 Star Rated - Tahiti Vacation Resort in Las Vegas

I would like to sell my unit quickly so I am listing it well below anything else !!!

First use willl be February 1 , 2009 and will be annually after that point. The usage year at the resort runs Feb 1 - Jan 31 of each calendar year.

The resort is located within 3 miles of the strip and has multiple pools, a fitness center, an owner's lounge, and also has an hourly shuttle from the resort to the strip in Las Vegas.

My 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit has a king bed, queen bed,full kitchen, living area,dining area, fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and sleeper sofa.(sleeps 6 people).
