Timeshare Owner's Description:

Riptide myrtle beach sleeps 4 people. This is a courtside unit- it does not face ocean. You can see water from bedroom window though. (side of bldg) The resort is oceanfront as are the 2 pools and the jacuzzi. Actually you can request a different week and they will try to accomodate you. (Last yr I wanted week 25 and they gave it to me to use. No fee- just traded week 24 for week 25. In January you can put in request for a different week and rentals , etc that are avail. can be switched . I thought this was really cool and customer service rec'd a thumbs up from me for this ! REDUCED sale price by $300 !!

If you do not wish to rent week 24 or want me to try and switch - let me know.

$700 for entire week / rental With money down owner will consider OWNER FINANCING for the sale. Rent money can be paid in installments if you like !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
