Annual use, deeded fixed week. The unit is located on the first floor of the second building. the bedroom has a king size bed and view of the intercoastal water way. Living room has a full size pull out bed, full kitchen 1 1/2 baths. Only a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach, the Galleria Mall, Bonnet House, and Hugh Taylor Birch State
Coconut Bay Resort is located on the International Waterway and just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Coconut Bay Resort has a pool, and whirlpool. The beach, boating, fishing, golf, tennis, and other water sports are very close. Each unit has full cooking facilities, air conditioning, and there are laundry facilities available to all guests. The resort is just 8 miles from Ft Lauderdale International Airport. Thanksgiving week rotates between weeks 46 and 47.
