This villa is located in the middle building on the 12th floor, the highest floor, with high ceiling, spectacular panoramic view of the resort and ocean, and privacy. 1448 sq. ft.

This 5 Star, Gold Crown resort sits right on the white sand beach of the Caribbean! Beautiful villa with spectacular ocean & pool views. Unit has full kitchen, daily maid service & large terrace to relax on and enjoy the scenery! On site restaurants, swim-up bars, grocery store boutique, salon & fitness center available. Full maid service, sailboats, bicycles, snorkeling equipment, and tennis are available at no cost. All the villas have large balconies and marble floors. You will not want to leave this resort! I've been to many other timeshare, this one is by far the best.

Hotel Features
The multi-building hotel is one of five resorts which share facilities, and complimentary shuttle service transports guests between them. Complimentary sailing and swimming lessons are available, and there are scuba-diving demonstrations most days. The sports center offers complimentary bicycles, snorkeling gear, tennis rackets and golf clubs. The large outdoor pool features a swim-up bar and a restaurant adjacent to it, La Palapa, that serves Mexican and American fare with buffets, theme nights and, occasionally, live entertainment. El Conquistador at Royal Mayan is a fine dining establishment serving international cuisine, steaks and seafood, and featuring live guitar music.
