I want to sale because in this summer I´m going to live at Cancun, so the Thime share is not more useful to us. You can use and pay only the portion of the unit you need, 2 + 2 unit (studio), 5 + 1 unit (1 lookout bedroom) or 8 + 2 unit (2 lookout bedroom). You can also split every week in sunday throw thursday (40 % of the maintenance fee) or thursday throw sunday (60 % of the maintenance fee). The thimeshare is deeden so there is no expiration year.
