Breezy Point Timeshare - Timeshare Rental

I have for rent a 7 night/8 day stay at Breezy Point Resort in Breezy Point, MN! Check-in is Sunday, July 26, 2009 at 4pm and check-out is Sunday, August 2, 2009 at 10am.

This rental is located in the Marina Bay building right on Breezy Bay of Pelican Lake. Our unit is a 2BR/2BA unit that sleeps 6. It features a full kitchen, TV/VCR and gas fireplace in the living area and a private garage for parking or storage. With a view of the lake, the units at Marina Bay share a common area complete with shared boat docks and gas grills. Summer also brings use of the neighboring Pelican Bay outdoor pool.

Pelican Center is the main office of Breezy Point Timeshare. Pelican Center features a swimming pool with water slide, kiddie pool with fountain, hot tub, sauna, gymnasium, aerobic & strength training equipment, craft/activity area, lounge area and tanning room. The Pelican Center also has computers with internet access, as well as wireless internet. The center is open year round for your use and enjoyment. Admission to this facility is controlled and only accessible with proper identification.

Please Note: No Pets Allowed!! You must be 21 to check-in. A credit card imprint is required at check-in. The renter is not allowed to sub-lease any part of this week.
