Timeshare Owner's Description:

We are interested in selling our timeshare in Chalkidiki (Elani) week 32 each year starting on a Thursday.
Given that our week though is coming up we are also interested in exchanging our timeshare for 2008 with one closer to Athens. We need that since I am quite old to drive from Athens.
The suite we have at Elani Resort is beautiful with view of the sea. Room sleeps 4, 1 double and 2 single beds. Room is ideal for a couple with 2 kids.Resort facilities are great with Pools, beach bar, minimarket and 1 minute walk to the beautiful sea. Parking very close to room. An hour drive from the Thessaloniki Airport. Elani Resort is surrounded from a forrest area and is close (10 -20 minute drive) to very nice villages with great fish taverns and places for kids to play.
Please let me know if this sounds good for you for a sale for the remaining 36 years or an exchange for 2008.
